Jointly with AW Group, Litton have submitted a planning application for a 30,000 sq.ft. employment scheme.
Construction of a further 20,000 sq.ft. building which will complete in October 2022. Pre-lets have been agreed with Chatsworth Estate and Bakewell Bakery.
Construction of the first 11,000 sq.ft. building completed in Summer 2021, we welcomed new occupiers ISL Networks and Criterium Cycles to Riverside Business Park. Further units are under offer.
A highly prominent 'gateway' 3.9 acre site adjacent to East Midlands Airport and overlooking the M1. Litton are working on a revised scheme for B8 and employment space.
Supported by grant aid from the Local Enterprise Partnership, D2N2, construction of a new road bridge over the River Wye from the A6 in to Riverside Business Park.
Demolition of the site was completed in Spring 2019. The scheme is currently on hold in view of the Covid-19 pandemic crisis, but we hope for this to resume in the near future.
