Premier Inn - Riverside Business Park, Derbyshire

Litton have achieved planning consent for a 72 bed Premier Inn Hotel. The commencement of works for this scheme have been delayed by outstanding archaeology investigations and various planning conditions. Demolition of the site is now complete along with other enabling works including new services and foul drainage connections and site levels. The Covid-19 pandemic also caused further delays.

Litton and Premier Inn are currently considering some modest design changes to meet updated specification requirements and hope to be in a position to press forward with this in 2022.
