Jointly with AW Group, Litton have submitted a planning application for a 30,000 sq.ft. employment scheme.

EM Point - Donington, Leicestershire

A highly prominent 'gateway' 3.9 acre site adjacent to East Midlands Airport and overlooking the M1. Litton are working on a revised scheme for B8 and employment space.

Riverside Works, Bakewell - Phase 7

The 'Jaipur Building' reached Practical Completion in December 2023, pre-let to Thornbridge Brewery.

Riverside Works, Bakewell - Phase 6

Construction of a further 20,000 sq.ft. building which reached completion in December 2022. Pre-lets were agreed with Chatsworth Estate and Bakewell Bakery.

Bridge Across the River Wye

Supported by grant aid from the Local Enterprise Partnership, D2N2, construction of a new road bridge over the River Wye from the A6 in to Riverside Works.

Fitzwilliam Street - Sheffield, South Yorkshire

Litton formed a joint venture with Buccleuch Property completed the sale of a 850-bed student housing scheme on a prime 1.5 acre city centre site.

Archer Road Retail Park - Sheffield, South Yorkshire

The third and final phase at Archer Drive reached Practical Completion Autumn 2018, incorporating 10,000 sq.ft. of open A1 retail, and A3 restaurants.

Tradeworld - Rotherham, South Yorkshire

The site lies adjoining the 500,000 sq.ft. Parkgate Retail Park in Rotherham. Construction was completed in December 2016.

Construction of the first 11,000 sq.ft. building completed in Summer 2021, we welcomed new occupiers ISL Networks and Criterium Cycles to Riverside Works.
