The site is currently the subject to a planning application with Doncaster Metropolitan Brough Council.
The site is strategically located directly off Junction 4, M18, and on the opposite side of the motorway to the established West Moor Park, which includes occupiers such as Fellowes Manufacturing, Next, Ikea and others. It is one junction east of the established iPort and Great Yorkshire way connection to Doncaster Sheffield Airport.
Junction 4 is also identified for a potential further link to the airport in due course.
The project is a joint venture between Buccleuch Property of Edinburgh and Litton Property Group.
