Litton are undertaking refurbishment works to acommodate new occupiers SWIM! and Firehouse Fitness into the former PureGym unit comprising 12,000 sq.ft. Works include removal of the existing mezzanine, installation of a sub-division wall and alterations to cladding and glazing to facilitate a split into two 6,000 sq.ft. units.
