Completion of construction was formally signed off and units were handed over to occupiers to commence their fitting out works. NTS, Al-Murad and TheGym commenced trading in the first quarter of 2017 and Halfords Autocentre will follow shortly afterwards. Units 4 & 5 are also now under offer. Interest is being shown in the following remaining units;
