Litton have secured pre-lets with ISL Networks, Criterium Cycles and will provide new accommodation for existing occupier RR Motorcycles. Other units are under offer and Litton are in discussions with others who have presented interest in future phases at Riverside.

The 11,000 sq.ft unit has been designed to provide flexibility for prospective occupiers. Subject to requirements Litton have programmed for further division walls to be erected, these works will also include alterations to the cladding/ glazing and provision of new roller shutter doors and associated works.

Compeltion of the external landscaping, roadways and service yard are exoectyed to complete in early September with occupiers beginning their fit out works.
