First occupier begins trading in new units at Riverside

We welcome new occupiers Criterium Cycles and ISL Networks to Riverside Business Park as well as the relocation of existing occupier RR Motorcycles into the new Fearnehough Building. All three occupiers began trading from their new premises in January 2022.

Fearnehough Building is the latest phase of the regeneration of Riverside, a £25M project in the Peak District which includes a proposed new Premier Inn Hotel.

The Building is now fully let or under offer.

Demolition works for the next phase have now taken place and site preparation including further service diversions and groundworks are currently on site.

Terms have also been agreed on the next two buildings, Rutland and Jaipur. One is for a new occupier the second for an existing occupier. Substantial further enquiries from potential occupiers are being received.
