Building I, Riverside Works, Bakewell, to Become UK Headquarters for Huber Temperature Control Ltd

Litton have handed over the next building at Riverside Work’s, Bakewell to Huber Temperature Control Ltd. Building I, which is part of the current phase of four further buildings on the site has reached practical completion. The remaining three buildings will be handed over in December.

The facility combines innovative design and sustainable construction and will become Huber’s new UK headquarters. Huber are an innovative and cutting-edge business operating in precise temperature control technology and supply many industries including pharma, F1 motorsports, engineering and many more sectors.

Litton also procured a substantial fit-out package on behalf of Huber giving them a turnkey building to move into. Huber are also taking further space in the adjoining Building H when it reaches PC.

Litton are delighted to welcome Huber to Riverside and hope the building and location prove a great success for them.

Looking Ahead

With Building I now complete, Riverside Works continues to move ahead with its plan to create a thriving, forward-thinking community on the edge of Bakewell at the heart of Derbyshire’s Peak District. Future phases at the site are set to further enhance its transformation including a proposed 72 room hotel, further employment space and ancillary uses. A further three buildings are due for completion December 2024 as part of the current phase of which over 70% of the space is now reserved.

As Riverside Works continues to grow, the site’s unique location, setting, as well as its blend of history and modern infrastructure continues to draw an exciting mix of likeminded businesses.
