The existing 15,000 sq ft building is split into five units and the Trade Park also benefits from 28,000 sq ft of open compounds. When acquired by Litton, the estate was only 40% let. With active management and refurbishment, the estate is now fully occupied by a number of successful Local and National occupiers including Siddalls Roofing, Swag Creative Limited, German Swedish & French Car Parts Ltd and Shed World. Within the compound space, all leases are on a short-term basis, offering flexibility for future development.
Planning permission was granted in November 2022 to develop the existing compound area to the North of the site and construct an additional terrace of four divisible units totalling 10,000 sq ft (15,000 sq ft with additional mezzanine space).
Focus has now moved to implementation and enabling works with marketing material currently being finalised with the aim of achieving a pre-let interest prior to commencing construction which is planned for late 2025.
