Riverside Works, Bakewell - Phase 7

Completion was reached in December 2023 of the next building which comprises of 15,000 sq.ft.

A pre-let was agreed with Thornbridge Brewery who took occupation in January 2024 to commence their fit out works. This move enables Thornbridge to relocate out of older premises on the estate into new, modern and efficient accomodation which will enhance their operations here at Riverside Works.

Litton Construction have successfully delivered this further phase on programme and on budget. Funding has been secured to construct the remaining four buildings within this area on the estate which will begin early Spring 2024.
