Litton acquired this well-located site with a view to successfully letting / managing the existing 8,000 sq ft building whilst adding value through further commercial development on the residual land.
Planning was granted in October 2022 for the construction of three divisible industrial buildings, totalling 20,500 sq ft (up to 30,000 with mezzanine space), to integrate with the existing building on site whilst retaining the existing tenants.
Agents are now appointed and detailed design is underway to enable development of the site from September 2025. Marketing material is in the process of being finalised with the aim of securing pre-let interest ahead of commencement on site.
Enabling works are due to be completed by September 2025 with construction starting in earnest thereafter and completion Q2 2026.
