The development included food retail, leisure, retail and fast food uses and was completed in phases. Litton retained its element of the scheme upon completion for its own portfolio. Tenants now include Easy Bathrooms, Dance Unlimited, Bensons for Beds, Bright Horizons and McDonald's Resturants.

In 2018 Litton completed the third and final phase of a new scheme incorporating 10,000 sq.ft. of open A1 retail/ A3 restaurants and 20,000sq.ft. of leisure space. Occupiers include Costa, Subway, Indigo Sun, Supafit and PureGym.

PureGym relocated from their existing space in Phase II, which was refurbished to provide a further 12,000 sq.ft. of leisure space. This unit was split and let to SWIM! and Firehouse Fitness.
