The development lies some 3.5 miles North-East of Sheffield City Centre on the A6102 Greenland Road, with easy access to junction 34 of the M1 only 1.5 miles away.
The proposed development boundary, highlighted in red, encompasses 0.75acres / 0.30hectares of land and would create an additional 10,000 sq.ft of lettable accommodation in Valley Trade Park.
In addition, the proposal provides an additional 17 car parking spaces, including 4 accessible bays. The terrace of four units totalling 10,000 sq.ft will provide opportunities for existing tenants to expand whilst attracting new occupiers to the development. Unit sizes can be made available from 2,500 sq.ft.
