Litton Properties has successfully completed the latest phase of development at Riverside Works, Bakewell. This stage includes four new buildings totaling just over 40,000 sq.ft. GIA, completion of the main access road to final levels, and demolition and site preparation works ahead of the next phase of employment space.
Approximately 70% of the space is already pre-let. Huber UK Temperature Control Ltd and R Stone Joinery have taken occupancy, while Holdsworth Chocolates, Bloomers of Bakewell, and Taylor Emmet Solicitors are in various stages of fitting out their units. Litton Properties will also be relocating their offices to the site over the summer.
One additional unit is under offer. Discussions are progressing with other interested parties. The next phase is now also fully reserved.
