Litton have submitted a planning application for 50,000 sq. ft. of employment space at EM Point, Castle Donington adjoining East Midlands Airport and Junction 24 of the M1.
The prominent site already has an existing consent for offices, but in view of the pandemic Litton are seeking to capture interest in the location from high quality employment users.
Litton hope to achieve planning consent in early 2023 and plan to begin construction next year.
Lettings agents are Innes England and Cushman & Wakefield.
A spokesman for Litton Properties said “we believe very strongly in this excellent location and now the pandemic is behind us wish to move this site and project forward as quickly as we can. We have received occupier interests and are able to deliver bespoke packages if required”.
