Phase 5 sees the construction of a new 20,000 sq.ft. building where pre-lets have been agreed with Chatsworth Estate and existing and longstanding occupiers Bakewell Bakery for 15,000 sq.ft. and 5,000 sq.ft. respectively plus mezzaines in both units.
For the first time Litton Property Group are managing the construction project directly. The contract is circa. £1.5M in value.
It is also planned to install solar panels on the south facing elevation of the building. This together with recently installed PV panels will benefit the wider estate.
